Pattidāna Gāthā – Sharing Merit and Blessings at the Monastery
This Pattidāna Gāthā is traditionally recited within a monastery or temple after the conclusion of a Dhamma sermon or after the completion of a Dhamma recitation.
១. Pāli
Yā devatā santi vihāravāsinī,
Thūpe ghare bodhighare tahiṃ tahiṃ;
Tā dhammadānena bhavantu pūjitā,
Sotthiṃ karontedha vihāramaṇḍale.
Therā ca majjhā navakā ca bhikkhavo,
Sārāmikā dānapatī upāsakā;
Gāmā ca desā nigamā ca issarā,
Sappāṇabhūtā sukhitā bhavantu te.
Jalābujā yepi ca aṇḍasambhavā,
Saṃsedajātā athavopapātikā;
Niyyānikaṃ dhammavaraṃ paṭicca te,
Sabbe pi dukkhassa karontu saṅkhayaṃ.
Ṭhātu ciraṃ sataṃ dhammo,
Dhammadharā ca puggalā;
Saṅgho hotu samaggo va,
Atthāya ca hitāya ca.
Amhe rakkhatu saddhammo,
Sabbe pi dhammacārino;
Vuḍḍhiṃ sampāpuṇeyyāma,
Dhammāriyappavedite.

ថេរា ច មជ្ឈា នវកា ច ភិក្ខវោ
សារាមិកា ទានបតី ឧបាសកា
គាមា ច ទេសា និគមា ច ឥស្សរា
សប្បាណភូតា សុខិតា ភវន្តុ តេ
ជលាពុជា យេបិ ច អណ្ឌសម្ភវា
សំសេទជាតា អថវោបបាតិកា
និយ្យានិកំ ធម្មវរំ បដិច្ច តេ

អត្ថន័យជាភាសាខ្មែរ
ទេវតាទាំងឡាយឯណា មានប្រក្រតីនៅក្នុងទីវត្ត ជាទីនៅនៃសង្ឃ ព្ធដ៏ខឿនព្រះសថូប ព្ធដ៏ខឿនព្រះពោធិព្រឹក្ស ក្នុងទីនោះៗ ទេវតាទាំងឡាយនោះ ជាបុគ្គលគឺយើងទាំងឡាយបូជាហើយដោយធម្មទាន ចូរធ្វើនូវសួស្តីក្នុងមណ្ឌលនៃវត្ត ជាទីនៅនៃសង្ឃនេះ។
ភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ជាថេរៈក្តី ជាកណ្តាលក្តី ទើបនឹងបួសថ្មីក្តី ឧបាសក និងឧបាសិកាទាំងឡាយ ដែលជាម្ចាស់នៃទាន ព្រមទាំងអារាមិកជន គឺញោមវត្តក្តី ជនទាំងឡាយដែលជាអ្នកស្រុកក្តី ជាអ្នកប្រទេសក្តី ជាអ្នកនិគមក្តី ដែលជាឥស្សរៈជាធំក្តី សត្វទាំងឡាយនោះៗ ចូរឱ្យបានដល់នូវសេចក្តីសុខ។
មួយវិញទៀត សត្វទាំងឡាយឯណា ដែលជាជលាពុជៈកំណើតក្តី ដែលជាអណ្ឌជៈកំណើតក្តី ដែលជាសំសេទជៈកំណើតក្តី ដែលជាឧបបាតិកៈកំណើតក្តី សត្វទាំងឡាយទាំងអស់នោះ កាលបើបានអាស្រ័យនូវធម៌ដ៏ប្រសើរ ជានិយ្យានិកធម៌ហើយ ចូរធ្វើនូវធម៌ជាគ្រឿងអស់ទៅនៃទុក្ខចុះ។
សូមឱ្យធម៌របស់សប្បុរសទាំងឡាយ ស្ថិតនៅអស់កាលយូរអង្វែងទៅ។ បុគ្គលអ្នកទ្រទ្រង់នូវធម៌ទាំងឡាយ (ចូរស្ថិតនៅអស់កាលយូរអង្វែងទៅ)។
សូមព្រះសង្ឃព្រមព្រៀងគ្នា ដើម្បីសេចក្តីចម្រើនផង ដើម្បីសេចក្តីសម្រេចផលប្រយោជន៍ផង។
សូមព្រះសទ្ធម្មរក្សានូវយើងទាំងឡាយ សូមរក្សានូវអ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្តធម៌ទាំងឡាយទាំងអស់ផង។ សូមឱ្យយើងទាំងឡាយបានដល់នូវសេចក្តីចម្រើន ក្នុងធម៌ដែលព្រះអរិយៈទាំងឡាយលោកសម្តែងហើយ។
English Meaning
May all the devas who dwell within the monastery — around the stūpas, buildings, Bodhi-tree shrines and other sacred places — be honoured through this gift of Dhamma. May they bring well-being and blessings throughout the monastery grounds.
May the senior monks, middle-ranking monks and newly ordained monks, together with temple attendants, donors, laymen and laywomen, people of the villages, regions and towns, and those in positions of responsibility, all live in happiness and well-being.
May all beings, whatever their manner of birth — those born from a womb, those born from eggs, those arising from moisture, and those arising spontaneously — take refuge in the excellent Dhamma that leads to liberation, and may they bring suffering completely to an end.
May the Dhamma of the virtuous endure for a very long time, and may those who preserve and uphold the Dhamma also endure.
May the Saṅgha remain united and harmonious for the welfare and benefit of all.
May the true Dhamma protect us and all those who practise according to the Dhamma.
May we continue to grow and prosper in the Dhamma proclaimed and taught by the Noble Ones.
